At The Lynn, we don’t just allow pets—we celebrate them! Your furry friends are part of your life, and we’ve designed our community to make them feel right at home. From wagging tails to purring companions, every pet is welcome here with no breed restrictions. Please note, each apartment can have a maximum of 3 pets.
We also partner with PetScreening to streamline approvals and keep records accurate. It’s quick, easy, and ensures your pet gets the VIP treatment they deserve.
To keep our community clean and enjoyable for everyone, we require Pet DNA registration to help enforce responsible pet ownership. Residents who don’t pick up after their pets may be fined, ensuring a pleasant environment for all.
